Brace Face

Well, half of a brace face. Michaela has a severe under bite. Braces has been put on her bottom teeth to try and move them so that they are behind the top teeth. Eventually, she will need braces on her top teeth as well. So far she's had no pain or pressure from them. She's just aggravated because she cannot eat popcorn for the next two years.
Being the good mother that I am to my teenage daughter, I decided to bring my camera along to document this occasion :)
She had to eat before getting the braces.
Her bff came along for moral support.
I told her that I was getting blackmail photos of her with her mouth wide open. I'm only showing these :)
The cost of having this done is equivalent to that of a small car.
